  • 3 – 180 mm thickness – automatic table positioning
  • 2 belt machine
  •  1st belt is for calibration with a steel roller
  • 2nd belt has a rubber covered roller with a selectable sectional pneumatic pad for sanding  solid wood and veneered panels.  Great for preventing dubbing of the component on solid work but this really comes into its own sanding veneered panels where the machine will take a pre determined amount from the TOP of the panel rather than working to a thickness from the bed
  • Variable feed speed on the conveyer
  • Vacuum bed on the conveyer belt – fantastic for smaller components or separating onion skinned CNC work.
  • The control screen on this machine is very intuitive and easy to use with digital displays
  • This machine has out feed and in feed rollers for supporting long components
  • Abrasive belt blowers for maximum belt life
